As we go through life all of us experience pain--and we sometimes face challenges we don’t know how to handle. We set up patterns in childhood that haunt us into our adult lives and make it very difficult for us to feel grown up and really alive. Sometimes we need help to learn how to turn our frustration into peace. Or maybe much of your life is working well, but there just seems to be something missing -- something out of synch. We can help you uncover your own internal wisdom and power to create the peace and passion that is eluding you. You can learn skills and tools that will assist you in any of life's stresses. Call (505) 757-2991 to schedule a free half hour consultation to see if we can help you find healing.

PHILOSOPHY
It is our philosophy that all therapy is a process of learning to do self healing. We serve as guide, support, and witness for whatever process a client may need. Some work may be short term--one or several sessions pertaining to a specific issue. Other work may be more long term. Our purpose is to assist clients in working through issues from the past, if needed, but more importantly learning tools and ways of being to create the life they dream of in the present.
FREE CONSULTATION
We are happy to set up a time for you to call and spend about 30 minutes discussing how we might work together. There is no charge for this initial 30 minute conversation. If you decide you would like to work with, we’ll need you to fill out some basic forms and return them to us. This can usually be done with fax and/or e-mail.

There is no charge for brief phone calls. Calls lasting more than 10 minutes will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
You may seek additional therapeutic opinions at your discretion. It is your right to terminate therapy at any time. However, we encourage you to discuss your plan so that we can agree on an appropriate ending process. If we see you as approaching readiness to leave therapy, or to change the frequency of our work, we will discuss this with you. In ongoing therapy we will review our process and your goals together on a regular basis.
